NSG 2050 generator meets new CDN 3063!
There are many NSG 2050 generator systems out in the field and they still do a good job in terms of reliability and conformity. Unfortunately and as already announced, some plug-ins can not be produced due to parts availability. One specific and critical accessory is the coupling network known as CDN 133/153.
However, we have good news for those customers who want to upgrade the NSG 2050 system with a 3-phase coupling network.
Due to our architecture and modularity of our new CDN’s, our engineering team was able to quickly adapt the automated 3-phase coupling network CDN 3063 to the NSG 2050 system, to couple EFT and surge pulse in a standard conforming way onto mains. This CDN is called CDN 3063-C2050 or CDN 3063-B2050 or NSG 3063–S2050 depending on customer needs.
The CDN can be set and programmed via the regular NSG 2050 interface and with WIN 2050 software. The new CDN 3063-2050 takes the benefit from the higher current range (32 A) and the nice phase indication feature at the EUT mains input to prevent wrong 3-phase connection.
No change or modification need to be done on the NSG 2050. And one more advantage, the investment is safe. The customer can factory upgrade the CDN 3063-x2050 to a regular CDN 3063 by just exchanging the back panel.
For future orders, please use CDN 3063-x2050 and exactly specified if it’s a C-, B,- or
S version like the regular CDN 3063 range. Availability is as of November 2009.
